Welcome to the Student Services homepage for the Cherokee County School District (CCSD).  Student Services is part of the Division of School Operations and supports the district’s counselors, social workers, students support specialists, and nurses.  We also coordinate CCSD’s #CCSDcares Initiative across all schools and learning centers.

CCSD Cultivating Achievement, Resiliency, and the Empowerment of Students (CARES) represents CCSD’s belief in strengthening our school community through helping children and adults acquire and effectively apply the knowledge, attitudes and skills necessary to:

• understand and manage emotions,
• set and achieve positive goals,
• feel and show empathy for others,
• establish and maintain positive relationships and
• make responsible decisions.
