Register for Self-Service Password Reset and Change your CCSD account password.

Enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

  • What is MFA? MFA adds another layer of security to your Office365 account by requiring you to verify your login when off campus using a mobile app or phone number.

  • When will I be prompted to verify my login to Office 365? Most of the time you’ll only need to verify your access to Office365 when you are not connected to the CCSD network; however, there may be the occasional instance where you are prompted to verify while on-campus.

  • Once MFA has been enabled for your account you will need to do the following. Be advised that once MFA is enabled you will temporarily lose access to your email, Teams, OneDrive, etc.

  • If you change devices or phone numbers, you will need to complete the set up again. Go to to access your settings.

  • NOTE: If you receive a request from Authenticator and you are not sure of the login request, make sure you deny the request to prevent unauthorized use of your account
