Home Study Students (Senate Bill 63)
The 2025 legislative session created Senate Bill 63 effective July 1, 2025. The new legislation requires public schools to offer PSAT/NMSQT, SAT, Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB), and AP exams to home study students living inside the school district boundaries.

The registration information below is for students residing in Cherokee County School District boundaries who have an approved home study plan on file with the Georgia Department of Education.
Private school students should seek registration information from their enrolled private school.
Students who attend Cherokee County School District via SB 42, the Dexter Mosley Act (DMA), are CCSD students, have a CCSD student ID, and will test at the CCSD zoned school.

- PSAT 8/9 and PSAT/NMSQT: Registration Deadline - CLOSED on September 19, 2025
- SAT School Day: Registration Deadline - CLOSED on September 19, 2025
- AP Exams: Registration Deadline - CLOSED on November 5, 2025
