Cherokee County School District's Transportation Department provides student transportation to and from school and for educational field trips, athletic trips, and all other approved activities. We provide ongoing training for all department personnel to ensure adherence to all federal, state, and county regulations regarding school bus transportation.

Bus Stop Look-Up
This service will go live in July for the new school year. Parents, please note that all county addresses may not be found in eLink, and some streets are right-side restricted for pick-up and drop-off. If your address does not show bus information, please contact the school of attendance to obtain your student's bus stop, pick-up and drop-off information. If you have additional questions about bus routes, please contact the school of attendance. Click the heading to look up your child's bus number and closest stop.
Versatrans My Stop Bus Tracking System
Learn more here about the website and app that allows parents to track the location of their child's school bus on its way to the bus stop each morning and afternoon. Note: Parents can log in and change their password, but the system will display "no student found" until the routes are actually running (which will be Aug. 1).
The My Stop User Name is the student's Firstname.Lastname (That is First name "DOT" Last name with a capital first letter of both names)
The password is the student's date of birth. A birth date of July 27, 2015 would be entered as 07272015
A regular bus route will only be extended for children who live one half (1/2) mile or more from the nearest stop or in cases of adverse safety conditions. Cherokee County parents who request transportation for children in an area not serviced should complete this form and return to the Transportation Department. Click the heading to download the form.
