Back to School Forms

Back to School forms for 2024-25 can be completed inside your ParentVUE account beginning July 10.  If you are the parent of an existing CCSD student, you received an email June30/July 1 with activation information for your account (you only need one account even if you have multiple children enrolled).  If you are the parent of a new student, you will activate your account as part of registration.
