My name is Amanda Graves and I am the media specialist at E.T. Booth Middle School. This is my fifth year at Booth, but my 7th year as a media specialist. I graduated from Brenau University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education in 2002, completed my Master’s of Library and Information Science degree from Valdosta State University in 2012 and my Specialist degree in School Library Media from the University of West Georgia in 2018. I am currently working on my Doctorate in School Improvement with a media specialist concentration at the University of West Georgia. Our school was recognized as a Common Sense School for digital learning and citizenship from 2017-2019. Our media center received the Exceptional Library Media Program award among middle schools by the Georgia Library Media Association for 2017.
