2020 - 2021 Seventh Grade Last Updated: 7/29/2020 3:30 PM

My name is Beth Nugent and I am currently the team leader for Team 7C in 7th grade. I teach math 7, advanced math 7, and accelerated math 7B/8. I am also teaching two digital courses this year. I have lived in Cherokee County since I was in 5th grade. I came through Booth as a student in 7th and 8th grade and graduated from Etowah High School. I went on to pursue my Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Kennesaw State University. I graduated with my Bachelor’s in 2011 and went straight into my Master’s of Education Program at KSU. I graduated from my Master’s program the night before my first day of my first year of teaching in 2012. Talk about a stressful few weeks! I earned my Education Specialist Degree from Piedmont College in 2018. I taught 8th grade math and one class of reading for two years before I moved to 7th grade. I love teaching math, and I am excited to continue my career at my own middle school.
