Greetings! My name is Heather Stone. I was born and raised just north of Atlanta in Marietta. I graduated from Lassiter High School, and then I went to college at Georgia Southern University where I majored in Special Education. Following my undergraduate, I earned by Master’s Degree in elementary/middle school reading and math and a Specialists Degree in Educational Technology.
I began working at an elementary school in north Fulton County right out of college and remained there for seven years before being hired at ET Booth. This is my fifth year at ET Booth and my twelfth year teaching. I taught 6th grade math for three years and have spent the last two years teaching 8th grade math.
I married my husband, Caleb, in 2014 (we were great friends in high school and even graduated together). Since then we have had two kids. Forrest, who is four, and Isla who is two years old. We also have two dogs- Katie Bear a German Sheppard Pit Bull mix and Lennon a Silky Terrier. They all definitely keep us on our toes!
