My name is Dr. LaTease Drawdy, and teaching English has been my passion for 29 years. After graduating from UGA, I began teaching high school English, but after eight years, I decided that middle school was where I needed to be. I have taught middle school language arts/lit comp for twenty years in both Cobb and Cherokee. I hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in English Secondary Education, a Master of Education Degree in Gifted Education, and a Doctorate of Education Degree in Gifted Education. I am married with two daughters and have four pets, three cats and a dog. When I am not teaching, you can find me cheering on my children in their activities, watching college sports (specifically UGA), reading, or traveling. I am looking forward to a fabulous year at Booth. Go Falcons!
