Site Acquisition Procedures

The Cherokee County Board of Education has the responsibility to assure that all real estate purchases are made in the best interest of the School District. Therefore, the School Board must authorize an appraisal of all real estate purchases over $50,000. The appraisers must be certified by the State of Georgia.
