Always remember that your username/password is for your use only, so please don't share this with anyone.
Before using any of our online services you should change your password from the system default to a password that only you know.
Sharing your password with anyone is a violation of Cherokee County Board of Education policy IFBG (Internet Acceptable Use).
STEP 1: Change Password
Go to RapidID. Use your ID# and your current password to login. Select the person icon in the top right corner and select "Change Password". (For a printable version of these instructions, click here.)
STEP 2: Setup Security Questions for Password Reset
In RapidID, select the person icon in the top right corner and select "Return to Classic View". The first time you login to RapidID, it will prompt you to answer two security questions. This will be used to reset your password when accessing the Forgot Password option.
Did your password expire, or did you forget your password?
Should your password expire, or you forget your password and need to recover it, you can go to RapidID, enter your username, and then choose the Forgot Password link. You must have previously logged into RapidID and setup the security questions (above). The username for this site will be your ID#.
