1/30 CCSD Message: Weekend Activities Cancelled
This message is to advise you that, based on weather forecasts and the Governor’s Declaration of a State of Emergency, all CCSD facilities will be closed on Saturday, Jan. 31, and Sunday, Feb. 1, and school activities have been cancelled. This cancellation includes all community use of CCSD facilities.
We will continue closely monitoring weather forecasts and potential impacts to next week’s school operations. We plan to communicate any impact to next week’s school operations by Sunday at 5 p.m.
Whenever there are advisories for inclement weather in our area, we closely monitor forecasts and work with our community partner public safety agencies, local governments, and the Cherokee County Emergency Management Agency.
