CCSD Celebrates Feb. 4 National Signing Day Student Athletes

Twenty-six more Cherokee County School District student athletes have signed commitment letters to compete at the college level!  

Students at Creekview, River Ridge, and Sequoyah High Schools were honored with ceremonies at their high schools today to celebrate their signing of National Letters of Intent.  This week’s National Signing Day, the third so far this school year, now brings the total number of student athletes celebrated to 82!  The next event is in April, and the Cherokee High School students noted below whose signings were announced today will participate in that ceremony.  Congratulations to our student athletes and coaches and thank you to our School Board for its laser focus on ensuring our students are learning more, growing more, and achieving more in our classrooms than they could anywhere else!
