CCSD Elementary School Students Win at State Science Fair

Fifteen Cherokee County School District elementary school students won honors at the Georgia K-5 Science and Engineering Fair!  Five won first-place honors and two additionally earned Grand Top 10% awards at the competition held at Georgia College and State University in Milledgeville.  Congratulations to our winners and their teacher sponsors!  Thank you to our local sponsors, Cherokee County Water & Sewerage Authority, Cobb EMC and Gas South.  Our School Board is laser focused on ensuring our students are learning more, growing more, and achieving more in our classrooms than they could anywhere else!
