CCSD Students Win State Social Studies Fair Top Honors

CCSD Students Win State Social Studies Fair Top Honors

Cherokee County School District students earned top honors at the State Social Studies Fair including best in show and a prestigious award!

Students in grades 5-12 can explore an area of social studies -- anthropology, economics, geography, history, political science, and sociology/psychology -- and complete a research project individually or as part of a team.  Students who earn top district honors advance to regions, and region first-place winners advance to state.  Our School Board is laser focused on ensuring our students are learning more, growing more, and achieving more in our classrooms than they could anywhere else!
