In the principal’s words: “Ms. Nadia Hernandez is an active member of the Free Home PTA. She assists the school staff and our PTA as a liaison to the Hispanic families in our Free Home community. She serves as a classroom mom, school volunteer, media center volunteer and is a willing volunteer and supporter of our school and PTA events. She is a bridge builder who makes a point of bringing other Hispanic families to the school for volunteer opportunities to support our Rockets. She is loyal. She is a leader.”
