How do you empower students to strive for excellence and realize their capabilities?

I empower students to strive for excellence and realize their capabilities by creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment where they feel safe to take risks, make mistakes, and grow. I set high expectations, while providing the tools, guidance, and encouragement they need to meet them. Through personalized feedback, recognition of progress, and opportunities for self-reflection, I help students build confidence in their abilities and develop a mindset geared toward continuous improvement. My goal is to inspire them, not just to achieve academically, but to believe in their potential beyond the classroom.

How do you positively enhance the school culture?

I make students feel important and encourage them to be proud of themselves. I comfort parents with updates, encouragement and honest advice.

What is the most rewarding aspect of partnering with our families?

We become extended family!
