What inspired you to become a teacher?
I chose the profession of teaching with a specific target for students with varying exceptionalities. I felt that they needed someone who would see them as students who can attain goals and be successful.

What do you find most rewarding about your job?
Making long-term connections with my students. Engaging with them in a manner that they believe they are worthy of love and an education.

How do you elevate the excellence in your classroom?
I am able to elevate my student's excellence with my smaller class sizes, to meet diverse student needs. As a team, we constantly collaborate by PLC meetings and an open line of communication with parents.
