Student Delegates Learn About Financial Management

Today, we continued a new series of work sessions with the Student Delegates to the School Board.  Prior to every School Board meeting, the group of high school seniors representing each of CCSD’s high schools meet with the Superintendent’s senior staff to learn more about district operations and career opportunities offered by each division.  For today’s session, the Delegates met with Chief Financial Officer Kenneth Owen to learn about Financial Management.  Student voice in CCSD is valued, and our Delegates serve for one year to give input and feedback to the School Board, and the Superintendent and her senior staff.  Learn more here.  #CCSDElevateTheExcellence
