We would also like to congratulate Joey Elie & Emily Boettjer for winning the GHSA Region Championship for Dramatic Duo Interpretation.   Emily Boettjer also won the GHSA Region Championship for Dramatic Solo Interpretation.  This makes Emily the first RRHS Knight to win two GHSA Region championships in one night & three region titles in one year after her GHSA Best Supporting Actress win in February.

We would like to CONGRATULATE the Girls Varsity Lacrosse team for their 10 to 5 victory over the North Cobb Warriors this past Wednesday Night. Hannah Vecsey recorded 6 goals on the evening while Maggie Gallion and Riley Parker scored 2 goals apiece. The Lady Knights are back in action tonight as they travel to Cherokee to take on the Lady Warriors at 5:30. Come on over and spend Friday Night supporting your Lady Knights. GO KNIGHTS!

Seniors, this Saturday is Senior Tailgate in the student parking lot, from 6-10pm! There will be food, you can get your picture taken, and we’re watching High School Musical 3 with popcorn starting at 8 pm! Tickets are $15 and can be found on the River Ridge website or on Instagram @riverridge.sga ! Tickets will be $20 at the door! Bring $2 for Kona Ice!


Northside Hospital is Hosting a Physical Fair at Woodstock High School on Saturday April 17th and Cherokee High School on April 24th. It is by appointment only. To register please see posters around the school and the Athletic Office. The cost is $20.00 cash only.

Knights, Future Business Leaders of America is teaming up with the Armory Food Pantry to host a diaper drive! Students can donate diapers, sizes 2 and 5 preferred, to room 1312 for service hours. One pack of diapers is equivalent to 1 service hours, with a max of 5 hours. Opportunity ends April 30th

Spanning for 51 years, Earth Day has been guiding us in keeping our planet healthy and remaining in a green state. Each year on April 22nd, 180 countries celebrate the anniversary of Earth Day and we encourage you to participate Earth Club’s Spirit Week for April 19th-23rd. This global event, started by Senator Gaylord Nelson, includes over 20 million people annually, so we hope to see you dressed up and ready to hype up the Earth next week. Look for the flyers posted around the building.

Students, on Thursday April 22nd, there will be an FBLA Officer Interest Meeting at 7:40am in room 1312. Officer Applications online are due Tuesday April 20th by 11:59pm.
