Tryouts for anyone wishing to participate in Girls Lacrosse will be held on Tuesday, January 21st and Wednesday, January 22nd from 3:30 – 5:15 in the Stadium. In order to be eligible to tryout you must have a Green Physical Packet filled out in its entirety on file in the Athletic Office. Packets can be picked up in the main office or in Room 2302. Friday is the deadline for submission of Exceptional Children's Week Art Competition. Winning entry will be used to create all marketing materials including a T-Shirt design! Great opportunity for an art portfolio.
PTSA Stars and Strikes Lock-In. $35/student. RRHS PTSA is excited to invite all students 8th through 12th grade to the 2nd Annual River Ridge High School PTSA Lock-In at Stars and Strikes from 11:45 pm Sunday, 1/19 to 6am Monday, 1/20 (yes Monday is a holiday). We are expecting a great turnout. Last year we had 250 students! Includes UNLIMITED Bowling, Laser Tag, Bumper Cars, and Arcade. Pizza will be served (2 slices each) with unlimited Drinks. You will need cash for concessions, which will be open all night with popcorn, pretzels, cotton candy, etc. No outside food or drink permitted.
Beta Club’s January meeting is on Tuesday January 21st at 7:30 AM in the auditorium. Please be there by 7:30 AM on Tuesday the 21st for the Beta Club photo in the yearbook.
Any boys looking to play lacrosse this season, tryouts are Monday and Tuesday from 5:15-6:45. You must have a completed and up to date physical to try out. Please plan to be there at 5pm to turn in completed paperwork. If you have any questions, please see Coach Alexander.

Please join us January 23rd at 7:00 pm in the River Ridge HS Auditorium. Corporal Adams will be discussing "Think Before You Post". This topic is important for anyone who uses social media. We invite parents and students from our entire zone (RRHS, MCMS, LRE, JSE and AME) to hear this very important information!
