You can preorder your literary magazine before Valentine's Day, February 14th, for only $6.  Orders can be placed online on the school website or can be paid in cash or check in room 1116.

Exceptional Children's Week celebrates our differences and encourages inclusion. Show your support by purchasing and wearing "Don't Dis My Abilities" t-shirt, designed by Simone Goins.  Deadline to order the shirt is Friday, February 14th and costs only $15.  Order forms are available in the front office. Exceptional Children's Week is the first week of March.

Senior Class of 2020: Herff Jones will be delivering graduation announcements during lunch on Wednesday, February 12th. Orders can be placed and payments can be made,

February is Black History Month and today we would like to recognize Harriet Tubman. Famously, Tubman helped to rescue more than 300 slaves, including her parents, through the underground railroad, which was an informal system of connected anti-slavery homes used as places to protect slaves on their way to Canada and free states.

Career and technical education (CTAE) are classes that teach specific career skills to students. Career Tech is split into 16 career clusters that apply to different high-demand careers. Here is a fact each day for why you should consider pursuing a career tech pathway: Skilled trades are the hardest jobs to fill in the United States, with recent data citing over one million jobs open in the trade, transportation, and utilities sector and 315,000 jobs open in manufacturing.  CTAE helps prepare students for careers in these fields.
