CONGRATS to the Junior Varsity and Varsity Girls Lacrosse teams as they swept Marietta High School here at The Ridge last night! The JV defeated the Lady Blue Devils 11-9 in the first contest of the evening and the Varsity scored 3 unanswered goals to come from behind and win by a score of 9-8. The Lady Knights return to action on Friday in their first Area Contest of the season here at The Ridge as they take on North Cobb. The JV will get things started at 5:30 and the Varsity will follow at 7:00. Please come out and support these young ladies…it will be Chick-Fil-A night at the Concession Stand. GO KNIGHTS!

The Annual Food Truck Friday Event is March 20th, from 6 pm to 9 pm located in the bus lanes at Mill Creek Middle School. Bring your friends, family, neighbors, teammates and lawn chairs! There will be plenty of food, inflatables, on-stage entertainment, a rockin' DJ and lots of exhibitors. It is free to come, free inflatable slides and obstacle courses for the kids, and free on-stage performances and entertainment.  Bring cash for food, concessions, face or hair painting, pie-throwing, rock climbing, bull riding, silent auction, and any exhibitor purchases.  This is going to be such a fun event!

Students!  Do you need volunteer hours?  PTSA needs student volunteers to help at the Food Truck Friday Event, March 20th.  This is a big event and we need lots of help!  Contact your club leader for more information. 

A representative from Neff will be here Tuesday March 10th for letter jacket fitting during all lunches.


Exceptional Children's Week is this week.  Tomorrow please come to school dressed in a team jersey to show that you are a team player!

The votes are in and the prom court has been nominated!  The prom court nominees will be revealed via a special live stream event!  Tune in to the Rowdy Ridge Instagram at 5 pm on Wednesday to find out who is on your 2020 prom court!  @rowdy_ridge on Instagram at 5 pm tomorrow.
