Can’t get a ride back to the football game today?  Don’t want to be outside all afternoon prior to the football game?  PERFECT!  Stay after school TODAY for the 4:30pm volleyball game against Region rival Creekview!  It’ll be an exciting game and even better, the game is FREE to all so make sure you get there and get a seat!

There will be a mandatory meeting for anyone wanting to try out for the RRHS swim team on Friday, September 20 @ 7:50 in Coach Goodbread’s health room. Please make plans to attend if you would like to be a part of the swim team.

September is National Suicide Prevention Awareness Month. River Ridge wants to use this month to reach out to those affected by suicide. If you or someone you know is in need of help, please go speak to an adult and/or call the national suicide prevention hotline: 1-800-273-8255

This week is National Suicide Prevention Week, each day this week FCCLA wants to let all of you know you are important and that you matter!

Special Olympics interested meeting on Tuesday September 17th at 7:30 in the auditorium.

Friends Club will be having our first event on Friday September 20th. We will be going to the Home Varsity Football Game vs Osborne. Please sign up with Mr. Woodburn, Ms. Galya, or Ms. Schmidt. Also, please don’t forget to pay your club fees. Club fees are $25, bring cash or check to Mr. Woodburn in room 1206.

Marching band has practice Saturday from 8:30am-8:30pm so if you are parked in the marching band practice area be sure to move your car off the practice field area after the game Friday night.
