It is time for the Second Annual NHS Kickball tournament! The tournament will be held on the River Ridge practice field on Saturday, May 11th. Grab your friends or River Ridge Sports team members and enter teams of 8-10 to challenge last year's Champions, members of the RRHS Men's Soccer team. Registration is through this Friday. The cost is $12 per team member and includes a tournament t-shirt. Payments can be made online or to Mrs. Hamilton in room 1110 when you register your team! Prizes will be awarded to the winning team!

The Boy Scouts of America has opened it's program to girls. We have created a GIRLS ONLY Troop and would like to invite all girls who like the outdoors to join. If you think hiking, camping, backpacking, horseback riding, mountain biking, swimming or canoeing sounds fun, grab a flyer in the Front Office and come meet us this Sunday to see if Scouts would be exciting for you.
April is the Month of the Military Child, a time to celebrate and honor the sacrifices and experiences of military children. On Wednesday, please wear purple to honor and show support for the children of military families in Georgia’s public schools. You can share photos using the hashtag #GAMilitaryChildMonth
Any girl that has signed up for volleyball conditioning for the month of April, please go by Coach Winfield’s office in the gym ASAP!

Friends club will be having our monthly meeting this Thursday, April 11th at 7:30am in the cafeteria near the coffee shop. There will be important club information at this meeting so please be sure to attend if you’re a member or plan on becoming a Friends Club member. See you on Thursday!
There will be an AP Preregistration session during homeroom on Wed, 4/10 in the cafeteria for students taking AP exams only. Students should go immediately to the café during homeroom and should bring a #2 pencil (no mechanical pencils). Any juniors who signed up for this session on 4/10 should attend the junior class meeting and go to next week’s session in the auditorium during homeroom.
