  • The Breakfast Club: Interested in social justice, equity, and making a difference in Etowah’s community? Sign up for The Breakfast Club Remind to get meeting invites and other notifications by texting the message @equity116 to 81010.

 

  • Did you apply to be a mentor with Shop with an Eagle? Make sure you are checking your SCHOOL EMAIL ACCOUNT daily for announcements and fundraising instructions. Remember – ALL FUNDRAISING MUST BE COMPLETED BY NOVEMBER 21.

 

  • Any girls interested in trying out for Girls Soccer, please attend the interest meeting Tuesday October 22 at 7:45am in the Rec Games room in the New Gym. Please see Coach Alexander with any questions. Hope to see you there!

 

  • Girls basketball tryouts are Monday 10/21 and Tuesday 10/22 in old gym from 330-6pm.   Must have physical and impact test in file with athletic office.    See coach Graner for more details

  • The FCA will be hosting our “Dodgeball With Purpose” event Sat. 10/26 in the New Gym at 11:00am.

  • The Fellowship of Christian Athletes

meets every Friday in the auditorium at 7:30am.  All students are welcome for this time of music, encouragement, and fellowship.

 

  • Order your Yearbook now while they are still just $80. After October 31st they will be $85 until January 17th. After January 17th they will be $90. They can be purchased online at https://www.yearbookordercenter.com with access code 2061.

 

  • Science Olympiad meets the 1st and 3rd Thursday of every month. There are still a few spots available if anyone is interested in their quest for GOLD. Please contact either Paul Peterson  or Jennifer Corbett for more details.

Reminder that we will also be meeting next Thursday to discuss T-Shirt ideas. We will return to our normal schedule next month. There is still time to join.

 

  • HoPe's next meeting: Thursday, October 24 @EE110, 3:30pm.   REMINDER: Please consider donating toothbrushes and/or toothpaste for Shop With An Eeagle (SWAE).  HoPe to see at the meeting.

 

  • The Etowah Young Republicans Club meets every other Thursday after school in room 1207 until 4:00. We do discussions, debates, Kahoot games, educational information, service, and other awesome things to help students become ambassadors for the conservative movement in the community. Our next meeting is on October 31st, join us for a special Halloween themed meeting!

 

  • NHS will now meet in POD 2. Our next meeting will be Tuesday, October 29th at 7:45 am
