Introduction Last Updated: 6/11/2020 10:46 AM

Dear Woodstock families,

It has been so rewarding to have served as the assistant principal at Woodstock Elementary School for the last two years. For the 2020-21 school year, I look forward to serving as your principal! Prior to that I have been in the classroom as a teacher and served as an Instructional Lead Strategist. I have over fifteen years of experience in education and look forward to being a part of continued growth at Woodstock.

For those of you who have been a part of Woodstock, you know that even with the size of the school, it feels like family. We will continue fostering rich traditions, high academic standards, and community involvement.  Our community is very involved in supporting the innovative ways we can serve students. As our community grows, we look forward to building strong partnerships with all stakeholders.

As the new principal of Woodstock Elementary School, I will strive to continue supporting teachers in providing meaningful and rigorous learning experiences. In recent events, we see that parents, staff, and students will rise to meet expectations when faced with challenges. Together we can build an academically focused, nurturing environment in which all students can learn and feel accepted.

Thank you in advance for your support and participation in the school’s vision and mission to provide a positive environment in which students advance academically, emotionally, physically, and socially in a challenging learning environment. We will provide a strong focus on rigorous and relevant instruction, integration of STEAM, and building relationships to empower students.

With an attitude of gratitude,
Ann Driver Jordan
